Sending Secure Email

To Field: This is the list of recipients that the message will be sent to.
Cc Field: This is the list of recipients that the message will be sent to individually. Recipients on this list will appear on any other messages sent.
Bcc Field: This is the list of recipients that the message will be sent to individually. Recipients on this list will not appear on any other message.
Subject line (not encrypted): This is the subject of the message to be e-mailed to the recipient. The subject line is not encrypted.
Type Message (not encrypted): This message is not encrypted and available to the recipient before they authenticate themselves. You may wish to use this field to assure the recipient of your identity and describe the contents of the encrypted message.
Type Message (encrypted): This is the message that will be sent encrypted to the recipients. The message is encrypted and transmitted securely to the recipient.
Attach File(s): This is the file that will be sent encrypted to the recipient. Click the Browse button or enter the filename that you wish to send. More than one file can be included in an encrypted message. Click Multiple File Upload to send more than one file. Note that large files can take some time to upload. There may be a delay after clicking Submit when uploading a large file.

Account Summary

Allow to Send Messages: Indicates if the user is allowed to send messages via SSLPost.
Allow to Send Bulk Messages: Indicates if the user is allowed to use the bulk send facility.
Allow to Browse Other Users: Indicates if the user is allowed to see other users within their authority.
Recipient Quota: Indicates the number of recipients the user has sent to, and how many they are permitted to send to.
Password Reset Method: The SSLPost password reset method is via a valid email address or via SMS using a valid mobile phone number.

Password Tips

The security of your messages is dependent on your password, so choosing a good password is important.

A good password is:

Difficult to guess and easy to remember.
A combination of letters and numbers.

A bad password is:

Found in the dictionary.
Based on easily obtainable personal information e.g. birthdate, maiden name.
Based on a simple pattern.

Update Settings

Name: Use this field to change the name of the account holder - this does not affect your login information.
Mobile Number: Use this field to change the mobile phone number held on the account.
Message Format: Choose to have your SSLPost messages delivered as an html attachment, a ZIP file attachement or both!
Microsoft Web Outlook Access: Please make sure you choose the ZIP file message attachment option if you plan to receive emails via SSLPost into the web based version of Microsoft Outlook for internet browsers.

Choose a PIN
