SSLPost Account Login Tips

Before entering your SSLPost password, please first consider whether it is safe to do so:

Is it a secure connection? There should be a locked padlock in the corner of your browser and the web address should begin with HTTPS.
Are you connected to the correct server? Ensure the web address is what you expect. Be wary of fake emails or fake web sites.
Do you trust this computer? A public access computer probably shouldn't be trusted.
Ensure your computer is virus free by keeping anti-virus software up to date.
Ensure your computer is spyware free by keeping anti-spyware software up to date.
Protect your computer by ensuring a firewall is active.

Public Computer Login Tips

In an untrusted environment such as an internet cafe, a keylogger may be recording your keystrokes, potentially compromising your password.
The untrusted environment login enables you to authenticate securely without using the keyboard. This protects your password from keyloggers.
Before using this feature, you must first setup a PIN.
You MUST setup your PIN from a secure environment.
After logging in, set your PIN by clicking 'Account Settings' and navigating to the 'Change PIN' section.

Remember Login

Check this box if you do not want to enter your username and password every time you log in.

If you check this box, a cookie will be downloaded to your computer, enabling you to login from this computer without authentication.

If this computer is not in a trusted environment, for example a public access computer, then checking this field is not recommended. Anyone with access to this computer can gain access to your sslpost account.

How do I remain logged in?

By clicking Logout, you remove the remember login feature. You will then be required to login normally again. To retain the remember login feature, do not click the Logout button when you want quit, just simply close your internet browser window.

Entering PIN Code

To enter your PIN, choose each digit from the drop-down list. This avoids the use of the keyboard and defeats keyloggers.

In addition the order of the numbers changes to prevent your PIN being obtained via mouse click analysis.
